When Mrs. Potato Head spots Andy searching for his lost toys, the group realizes their mistake and attempts to escape but is imprisoned by the mind-controlled Buzz. Woody returns from Bonnie's house after learning Lotso's history from Chuckles. During a chaotic escape attempt involving a trash truck, Woody reveals Lotso's deception to Big Baby by showing him that Daisy kept the replacement bear. Enraged by this truth, Big Baby throws Lotso into the dumpster just as a garbage truck approaches.
